EXCHANGE AND RETURNS

If you want to return your items:

All return/exchange requests must be made within seven days of receiving your order. Requests made outside this period will be denied.

All returned items must be in perfect original condition, unwrapped and sealed. Shipping fees and taxes are not refundable.

All shipping costs associated with the return or exchange of an item are payable by the customer. Returns will be processed within 3-5 business days of receiving the item.

To request a return, contact us here , including the following information:

– Order number

– Name of the product/s you are wanting to return/exchange

– Reason for return/exchange

FAULTY PRODUCTS:

If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact us here within seven days of receiving your order, and we will contact you to send you a replacement of the same product. Please include the following information:

– Order number

– Name of damaged or defective product/s, explaining the damage or defect

– Photo of the product

CUSTOMER DAMAGE:

Any returned item that is unwrapped, unsealed, damaged, missing parts, or in unsellable condition because of customer negligence, misuse, or tampering will not be accepted.
